Analysis laboratory technician (m/f/d)
Your assignment:
-
You will carry out standard analyses on microelectronic components and assemblies using state-of-the-art analysis methods. -
You will be responsible for internal physical inspections and failure analyses following stress tests. -
In consultation with the analysis engineers and other specialist departments in the company, you will carry out defect preparations. -
You will be responsible for the rebuilding process and its further development and adaptation to new product generations. -
You will carry out the delayering process using various preparation techniques such as target grinding, embedding techniques, milling, etc. and continuously develop it further. -
You will maintain and adjust the analysis equipment and, if necessary, repair and modify it. -
You will prepare the necessary reports and documentation for the analyses carried out.
Your Profile:

You have completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, precision engineer or physical assistant with additional training as a technician or comparable qualifications. -
Ideally, you have 3-4 years of professional experience in working with semiconductors and knowledge of the structure of semiconductor products and the materials used. -
You have a sound knowledge of preparation techniques used in semiconductor products, e.g. target preparation, delayering, wet chemical preparation, laser ablation, etc.. -
Ideally, you have knowledge of the following analysis systems: light microscopy, ultrasound microscopy, X-ray analysis, reactive ion etching systems. -
You are characterized by an analytical way of thinking and a precise, structured way of working and a high level of quality awareness. -
Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
