Employee IT-Support On-Site (m/f/d)
Temporarily limited to 12 months.Your assignment:
- You receive IT inquiries from our employees via the ticket system and telephone.
- You are responsible for the rollout and administration of new IT end devices via software distribution and mobile device management.
- You will support our employees in all IT issues on site at the Micronas campus and via remote support. This mainly concerns client hardware, Microsoft Office applications, smartphones, telephone systems and printers.
- You will maintain and update the IT inventory list for the above-mentioned devices.
- If necessary, you will escalate qualified requests from within the IT team or external service providers.
Your Profile:
- You have completed IT training as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in IT support and good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and current client hardware.
- Knowledge in the areas of IT system administration, software distribution and Microsoft365 is an advantage.
- With your communicative and cooperative nature, you will find it easy to support national and international users and to communicate at different levels.
- You are characterized by very good analytical skills, quick comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Good German and English skills round off your profile.
