IT System Administrator with focus on Windows Server/Active Directory (m/f/d)

Your assignment:

  • You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Windows Server environment, including OS lifecycle and patch management.
  • You will be responsible for our on-premise Active Directory.
  • You will help with questions and problems relating to the connected Azure AD and the administration of M365 systems.
  • You will support the IT operations team in the administration, troubleshooting and change management of the systems in the data center (virtualization, storage, backup).
  • Together with the IT Operations team, you will work on projects and sub-projects and contribute to their implementation.
  • You will ensure that IT security guidelines and standards are adhered to. 

Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of Windows server operating systems, ideally in an environment with more than 200 Windows servers in manufacturing companies.
  • You have very good knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controller and are proficient in scripting with PowerShell.
  • You have experience in managing and implementing IT projects (with and without external support).
  • You are characterized by a high level of commitment and a solution-oriented and independent way of working.
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
