Your assignment:
- As an Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the TISAX standard.
- You carry out risk analyses and assessments, develop measures to minimize risks and implement them.
- You create and maintain security guidelines, processes and procedures, monitor and analyze security incidents and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
- You train and sensitize employees with regard to information security and TISAX requirements.
- You prepare and accompany internal and external audits and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- You work together with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of security in our company.
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in IT, information security or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of information security, ideally with a focus on TISAX.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the relevant norms and standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX) and experience in the implementation and maintenance of information security management systems.
- You are characterized by strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- You have good communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
