Teamleiter IT Operations (m/f/d)
Your assignment:
- You will lead and develop the IT Operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and plan, implement and optimize IT processes and systems to support business objectives.
- You will monitor and analyze system performance to proactively drive improvement and innovation, and work with other departments to develop and implement IT strategies that drive business success.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security standards and implementing IT security best practices.
- You will lead and motivate the team through regular training and development.
- You will manage IT service providers to ensure a high quality of service.
- You will administer Windows clients/servers, storage systems, networks, Linux servers and Microsoft 365 environments and implement IT security concepts, configuration management, license management, data center management, mobile device management, high availability requirements and cloud services.
- You plan and implement IT projects with demonstrable success and have initial experience in audits.
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in managing IT operations teams, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- You have in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and system administration.
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
