  • Implementation of DFT- and calibration-algorithms for ICs calibration during production
  • Provide test solutions for characterization and electrical measurements in the context of Qualification according to AEC-Q100 standards
  • Implementation of test patterns within test program
  • Setting in place methods to achieve zero-ppm quality standards (such as over voltage stress test, wafer level burn-in, transitional scan test, IDDQ test, very-low voltage test, PAT)

Your Profile:

  • More than 5-year experience in development and release of test solutions for production test and characterization of Mixed-Signal ICs
  • More than 5-year development experience on commercial test systems (preferably Credence D10 and Verigy V93000)
  • Basic understanding of qualification requirements according to AEC-Q100 standards
  • Experience in verification, validation, documentation and release of test process changes (ECN, PCN)
