Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your assignment:

  • You introduce and qualify equipment, processes and measuring instruments for series production.
  • You document, maintain and improve production processes, including process specifications and process controls.
  • You plan, implement and maintain process control procedures and are responsible for the approval of measurement systems.
  • You monitor equipment and processes using SPC and APC.
  • You analyze and document issues and their root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
  • You support the maintenance team with technical queries and troubleshooting.
  • You develop and deliver training for the maintenance team as well as production personnel.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Microsystems Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics or Semiconductor Physics.
  • You have a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology.
  • You possess specific knowledge of plasma processes.
  • You work independently, take responsibility and demonstrate a very strong commitment to quality.
  • You have strong team and communication skills.
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
