Application Engineer for Motor Controllers (m/f/d)
Your assignment:
- You will ensure world-wide technical support to our customers in the application of our products
- You will create technical presentations and application notes
- You will act as an interface between the customer's development department and our own organization, especially in the product development phase up to market launch
- You will perform application-oriented measurements of motor applications
- You will validate new motor ICs
- You will support the marketing department in the creation of technical documents
- You will define and program product-specific software
- You will analyze some field returns to verify customer issues
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- You have some experience with semiconductor manufacturing
- You have knowledge of programming microcontrollers (C/C++, assembler)
- You understand at least the basics of electric drives (BLDC, stepper, PMSM)
- A basic knowledge of automotive bus systems (LIN, CAN) is an advantage
- You have the ability to analyze technical processes and document them in an understandable way
- Your passion lies in understanding and solving technical challenges
- Your responsible, independent work and actions, as well as your ability to work in a team, round off your profile
- You are available for occasional national and international travel
- Very good written and spoken English skills are required; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
