HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - part-time with 20 hours/week
This varied role offers you the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment and actively help shape HR work at TDK-Micronas GmbH.
Your assignment:
- You will take on the holistic support of a defined group of employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle: from recruiting and onboarding to personnel support, compensation determination and changes, and up to the offboarding process.
- You will advise managers and employees on all personnel-related, labor law, and collective bargaining issues.
- You will conduct job evaluations and classifications according to ERA-TV.
- You will work closely with the works council, help shape company regulations, and implement them.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of HR processes, guidelines, and standards.
- You will prepare analyses, contracts, references, and other HR-related documents.
Your Profile:
- You have a degree with a focus on human resources management, business administration, or a comparable qualification, or you can demonstrate commercial training with additional qualification as an IHK-certified HR specialist.
- You have several years of experience in operational or generalist HR work, ideally in the metal and electrical industry.
- You have deep knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law as well as co-determination processes.
- You have already contributed to HR projects and the optimization of HR processes.
- You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally familiar with common HR systems.
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, consulting competence, and team spirit.
- You value discretion, trustworthiness, and a sense of responsibility as much as we do.
- You are willing to arrange your working hours flexibly in coordination with operational requirements.
