Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Your assignment:
- Introducing and qualifying equipment, processes, and measurement devices while considering production capacities, costs, and resources.
- Supporting the development of new processes.
- Documenting, maintaining, and improving production processes, including process specifications and controls.
- Planning, implementing, and maintaining procedures for process control as well as approvals of measurement systems.
- Monitoring equipment and processes using SPC (Statistical Process Control) and APC (Advanced Process Control).
- Analyzing and documenting problems and root causes of errors.
- Assisting the maintenance team.
- Developing and conducting training sessions for the maintenance team and production staff.
- Ensuring workplace safety.
Your Profile:
- A degree from a university or university of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Microsystems Engineering, with a focus on Microelectronics and Semiconductor Physics.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- A strong sense of quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
