Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your assignment:

  • Introducing and qualifying equipment, processes, and measurement devices while considering production capacities, costs, and resources.
  • Supporting the development of new processes.
  • Documenting, maintaining, and improving production processes, including process specifications and controls.
  • Planning, implementing, and maintaining procedures for process control as well as approvals of measurement systems.
  • Monitoring equipment and processes using SPC (Statistical Process Control) and APC (Advanced Process Control).
  • Analyzing and documenting problems and root causes of errors.
  • Assisting the maintenance team.
  • Developing and conducting training sessions for the maintenance team and production staff.
  • Ensuring workplace safety.

Your Profile:

  • A degree from a university or university of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Microsystems Engineering, with a focus on Microelectronics and Semiconductor Physics.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • A strong sense of quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
