Employee Inside Sales EMEA (m/f/d)
Your assignment:
- You will process, investigate, and follow up on customer and partner inquiries.
- You will prepare and create offers and send them out in close coordination with your team.
- You will coordinate customer expectations internally with regard to forecast adjustments, escalations, and delivery dates.
- You will act as an interface between sales administration and other departments within the company.
- You will maintain internal databases (project database, CRM system) as well as internal and external information interfaces (information pool).
- You will participate in marketing activities, trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences.
- You will be responsible for reporting within the scope of the specifications (e.g., forecasts, monthly reports).
- You will track and report on sales KPIs and look after the customers and distributors assigned to you.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk, or similar.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in sales or a sales-related field.
- Ideally, you have previous experience in distribution or in the automotive or semiconductor industry.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, are communicative, and have a confident manner.
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and ideally have knowledge of Salesforce.
- You occasionally participate in business trips and trade fairs.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
