Inbound logistics and customs clerk (m/f/d)
Your assignment:

You are responsible for handling imports and exports, taking into account preferences, special permits, and specific customs procedures, including the associated transport logistics. -
You determine the correct customs tariff numbers and maintain relevant master data in SAP/ATLAS. -
You review business transactions for compliance with the Foreign Trade and Payments -
Act as well as the Union Customs Code. -
You identify the need for action in the event of regulatory changes, develop appropriate solutions, and implement them. -
You compile all documents required for import and export and check them for completeness. -
You prepare necessary customs documents, such as Carnet ATA or INF3. -
You report required corrections to the main customs office. -
You document and monitor freight costs.
Your Profile:
- You have completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in foreign trade/customs.
- You have several years of experience in the field of customs and foreign trade.
- Ideally, you have experience working with SAP, MS Office, and the ATLAS subsystem.
Preferably, you possess a valid reliability check (ZÜP) and training according to 11.2.3.9 VO (EU) 185/2010 (known consignor), or you meet the requirements to obtain them. - You have in-depth knowledge of customs, statistics, VAT, rules of origin and preferential law, as well as export control law (EU/US).
- You are familiar with official and logistical processes.
- You are characterized by teamwork skills, reliability, as well as an independent and structured way of working.
- Good German and English skills round off your profile.
