Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Your assignment:

You are responsible for the execution of processes related to the customer's quality (APQP, safe introduction, change notification and incident resolution) and the customer's quality programs. -
You will track root causes of issues and coordinate containment, corrective, preventive actions and review quality trends. -
Assist in the resolution of customer incidents, including the preparation and creation of 8D reports according to customer requirements in terms of format, content and timing. -
Define and manage priorities within customer related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. -
You will build customer relationships (regular calls, online meetings, internal/external customer visits,...) and be the central point of contact for our customers for quality related issues and requests. -
You initiate and manage escalations to protect customers from quality deviations.
Your Profile:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, engineering or a comparable qualification. -
You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of electrical and/or quality engineering, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing. -
You have solid knowledge of automotive quality, quality tools and quality systems (IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3). -
Ideally you have knowledge of statistical methodology (Weibull, etc...) and an understanding of magnetic sensors and microcontrollers. -
You are characterized by an analytical and structured way of working and are solution-oriented. -
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
Very good German and English round off your profile.
