Director Product Quality Engineering (m/w/d)
Your assignment:
- You manage customer complaint processing and root cause analysis as a link between Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) and internal specialist departments.
- You define and manage priorities, in alignment with the Cust Quality team, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for the QDB (Claim database) and the improvement of customer complaint processing in terms of methods, cycle time, and effectiveness.
- You review customers' quality agreements, generic customer standards, specifications, and guidelines and negotiate with customers.
- You manage reliability resources and capacities for qualifications for internal departments.
- You define new quality standards for the company based on applicable standards and CSRs.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- You have 5–10 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing, with experience in electrical and/or quality engineering.
- You bring valuable leadership experience to successfully lead and inspire on-site teams.
- You have experience in electrical and physical failure analysis as well as automotive reliability.
- You possess a solid understanding of magnetic Hall sensors and HV microcontroller products.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
