Group Manager Quality Systems (m/f/d)
Your assignment:

As Group Manager Quality Systems you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the five-member Quality Systems team. -
You will lead and implement strategies to enforce, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system across the TDK-Micronas organization. -
You will support local teams in the implementation of quality processes (APQP, Safe Launch, Incident Resolution) and internal quality programs. -
You will assist in the identification, assessment and mitigation of process risks and promote the introduction of a culture of “risk prevention” throughout the organization. -
You will coordinate the planning, execution and follow-up of internal audits. -
You will work in accordance with the principles of IATF TS16949 and assist in achieving departmental objectives with regard to the quality management system, including the renewal of IATF certification. -
You will assist in the preparation and execution of customer audits.
Your Profile:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics or a similar field. -
You have 5-10 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing, with experience in electrical and/or quality engineering. -
You bring valuable leadership experience to successfully lead and inspire teams on site. -
You have in-depth knowledge and many years of experience with quality systems (IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3), conducting internal audits as well as audits with the IATF certification body. -
You have in-depth knowledge of automotive quality, Automotive Core Tools/Quality Tools and have the ability to disseminate the knowledge within the organization. -
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
Very good English and German language skills complete your profile.
