Test Development Engineer (m/f/d)
Your assignment:
- You develop and manage complex test solutions (wafer probe and final test) for the production of mixed signal HV microcontrollers.
- You provide test programs for automated test systems for product evaluation; characterization and qualification are conducted according to AEC-Q100.
- You introduce new methods to achieve zero ppm quality standards (stress test, burn-in, scan-based delay test, IDDQ test, PAT).
- You define and evaluate test concepts and specifications in collaboration with the IC design and test concept team, completing your range of tasks.
- You support the continuous improvement of the test program, process capability, and test costs through your ideas.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or microsystems technology and possess knowledge of electronic measurement technology and circuit technology.
- You have programming experience in C/C++ and a basic understanding of semiconductor physics, ideally with initial professional experience in the relevant field as well as in handling mixed-signal ATE test programs.
- You have initial experience in developing PCB hardware and are familiar with methods and tools for statistical data analysis.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and enjoy close collaboration in cross-functional project teams.
- You have good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
